Adapters

You are welcome to borrow universal adapters for your power socket free of charge from reception.

Allergy-friendly bed linen

We can make your bed allergy-friendly on request. Please let reception know by 18:00 at the latest and housekeeping will take care of this as soon as possible.

Arrival and departure

Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. If you would like a later check-out or an express check-out, please inform reception.

Bathing beach

Don't fancy the overcrowded lido in Titisee? Fortunately, we have our own small beach where you can go swimming and enjoy your time.

Bar

From 17:00 we welcome you to our lobby bar at reception. Start the evening here with an aperitif or end it in a cosy atmosphere after dinner. On warm summer evenings, the bar on our sun terrace also invites you to linger!

Bathroom stool

We are happy to provide you with a bathroom stool on request. Please let reception know.

Breakfast

A regional breakfast buffet awaits you in our restaurant from 07:30 to 10:30. We are also happy to bring breakfast to your bed for an extra charge of € 7.00 per person. Do you have to leave earlier? We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you! Please let us know at reception by 21:00 the evening before.

Change of bed linen

We change your bed linen twice a week. Daily if you wish. If you have any further requests, please call 108 at reception.

Charging cable for your mobile phone

If you need a charging cable for your mobile devices, we can lend you one, please contact reception.

Charging station for electric vehicles

You are welcome to charge your car at our electric charging station for € 0.50 / kWh. You will need one of our charging cards for this - these are available at reception.

Credit cards

We prefer EC card payment, but also accept all major credit cards.

Doctor

In an absolute emergency, please dial 0-112 to call the emergency doctor. The nearest doctor is Dr Puff-Schott

Phone: 0- 07651/8677 We will be happy to inform you at our reception about the doctors on duty at the weekend or call you a taxi. Please understand that the hotel is not allowed to hand out medication to guests or transport you to the doctor. Please note that doctors in the neighbourhood do not offer home visits.

Front door key

Please take this with you if you wish to leave or return to the hotel later than 22:00.

Hygiene articles

You will find 4 toiletries in your bathroom. Further toiletries, such as a toothbrush or shaving set, are available at reception.

Internet access

A W-LAN network is available free of charge in the hotel rooms and in the lobby bar (AlHof_Guest). You do not need a password.

Konus guest card

With the Konus guest card, you can use public transport throughout the region free of charge. These cards are available for you at reception after check-in.

Lake access

Our own beach invites you to swim and stand-up paddleboard. You can reach the bathing area via the wellness area or the large staircase on the west side.

Lake lounge

Switch off and enjoy the peace and seclusion of our lakeside lounge with a fantastic view over Lake Titisee. The lakeside lounge is located halfway along the path from the hotel to the shore of the lake on the left.

Leisure activities

Various tips for excursions and leisure activities are available from reception, at the tourist information centres in the region or via the website of the Hochschwarzwald-Tourismus Gesellschaft.

Luggage service

We will be happy to help you bring your luggage to your room or back to your car. Please contact our reception - also by telephone on tel. 108.

Money and valuables

We ask you not to leave any valuables, jewellery or money in your room or vehicle.

We cannot be held liable for lost valuables in your room. Please use the safe in your room or leave your valuables in the safe at reception.

Newspapers

A daily newspaper is available free of charge in the lobby and in the restaurant.

Non-smoking rooms

We kindly ask you not to smoke in the rooms. Your next tenants and we will thank you for it. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €250,00.

Parking

You can park your car free of charge in our designated parking spaces.

We are also happy to take your call at reception and connect you to your room.

Photocopying facilities

We are happy to print, copy or scan documents for you.  Just ask at reception and we will be happy to help you.

Pillow selection and additional blanket

We have a selection of different pillows available. If you have a special request, please contact us on tel. 108. You will find a woollen blanket in the wardrobe. We are also happy to provide you with an additional duvet or pillow.

Post

Your incoming post will be placed in your room locker at reception for collection from around 12:00 noon. You will find stationery in your room and postcards are available at reception. You can hand in your outgoing post at reception.

Radio

You can listen to the radio via the television. You will find the radio station selection via the "OK" button on the remote control under the TV station list.

Reception

Our reception is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you need anything from reception after 22:00, please contact the restaurant staff.

Restaurant

Our restaurant is open for you from 07:30 to 21:00. We strongly recommend that you book a table, as our restaurant is often very busy, especially in the evening. We will take your reservation at reception (tel. 108).

For all guests who have booked half board, we automatically reserve the table. We also offer room service on request.

Room service

We are happy to serve you drinks and food in your room between 6.00 am and 10.00 pm.

Please contact us by telephone on 109. For a room breakfast, please contact reception the evening before. Floor service € 5,00

Safe

We have installed a safe in every room. The key to the safe is attached to your room key or you will find a safe with instructions in your wardrobe. Use is free of charge.

Sewing service

Oh no, the button is off! You will find a small sewing kit in your room. If you don't want to do it yourself, we can do it for you! Small repairs can be done immediately, larger repairs can be entrusted to professionals. Simply contact reception on tel. 108.

Shoe shine service

Do your shoes need a polish and a bit of varnish? By the lift on the first floor you will find a shoe shine machine that will be happy to do it for you.

Shuttle service for arrival or departure

We will be happy to call you a taxi to Titisee railway station for your arrival and departure at our expense.

We will be happy to help you book additional taxis.

Smoke detector

Our rooms and corridors are equipped with smoke detectors. If the smoke detectors sound the ALARM, please keep calm and go outside immediately according to the escape plan on the inside of your room door.

Stand-Up-Paddle

Have you ever tried it or are you curious? You can hire or reserve one or more stand-up paddles free of charge at reception. Have fun!

Swimming pool & sauna

The swimming pool & sauna area is open for you from 08:00 to 22:00. It is best to use the lift to get to the wellness area.
The sauna is switched on on request, please contact reception approx. 45 minutes before you wish to use the sauna.

Towel change

The housekeepers change your towels daily. For the sake of the environment, they only take the towels on the floor and replace them.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are available free of charge at reception and in your room.

Wake-up call

Our reception will be happy to take your wake-up call request by dialling 108.

Washing and ironing your laundry

There is a washing bag in your wardrobe which you can leave at reception. If you leave your clothes at reception before 9.00 am on a weekday, they will be returned to your room by 6.00 pm. We charge € 3.00 per item of laundry. We will be happy to iron your laundry or bring an iron and ironing board to your room.
