RECEPTIONIST (M/F/D)
Full or part-time
YOUR TASKS:
- Shift work at the reception desk
- Check-In / Check-Out
- Looking after guests at the bar and in the lounge area
area - Contact person for all guest concerns
Preparation of offers and confirmations
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training in the hotel industry, also
Career changers are also welcome - A good knowledge of the hotel industry is an
advantage - Very good German and good English skills
- Commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- A strong service mentality and
“Love for the guest” philosophy
