TRAINEE HOTEL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (M/F/D) *2025*
YOUR TASKS:
- The focus of your training will be on reception and reservations
- You will take on the role of host and have a lot of contact with our guests, e.g. check-in/check-out, processing inquiries and bookings, etc.
- You will learn how to communicate with guests and deal with complaints
- You will gain an insight into our group reservations and all important processes in the hotel industry
- You will learn about office organization and communication
- You will make targeted use of sales promotion and advertising measures
